At USA Classic Customs, we use our creative talents and skills to fabricate and work with metal, aluminum, fiberglass, plastic and other auto body materials. Whether we create and hand make a full bed for a 1952 Chevy 3100 or panels on a 1939 Lincoln Zephyr that are rusted through or missing, we have you covered. Our metal fabricators can recreate, design and build any type of panel and most parts needed for any project vehicle.
Body repairs and gaps on all vehicles are extremely important no matter what. If you are showing your vehicle at a local car show or Amelia Island, how your repairs illustrate the car instead of “work” on the vehicle, it matters. Our specialized technicians make sure all gaps and body lines are corrected before any paint is ever put on the vehicle. Most of the time a customer’s vehicle represents who they are and we make sure to give them the best end product possible.
Rust is one of the worst things left alone on a classic vehicle. Removing rust is imperative to prevent a continual spread that will course through multiple panels and any adjoining metal. We have removed and replaced rusty panels on numerous builds in all different areas. Rust Repair
Rust on any classic is a cancer that continues to spread unless completely removed. Our techs have removed and replaced many rusty panels over the last 35 years in the business.
Gap Alignment
We use gauges to gap all the bolted panels to the body of your classic vehicle. Proper gap alignment on a vehicle will make your classic look better than when it was factory new.
Frame Straightening
Our certified technicians use the Car-O-Liner frame rack for any frame repair that need to be straightened within millimeters of factory specs, for proper wheel and suspension alignment.
Chroming & Polishing
Many times, properly polishing existing parts can look just as good as freshly chromed pieces on your vehicle. We work with some of the top polishing and chroming shops in the United States.
